A traffic stop in the village of Penn Yan Wednesday resulted in the arrest of a Dundee woman.
39-year-old Crystal Folami was observed operating a motor vehicle on Liberty Street while allegedly having a suspended registration and a suspended New York State driver’s license. Folami was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, operating while registration was suspended, and operating without insurance.
Folami was released on appearance tickets for Penn Yan Village Court.
