The alleged theft of a Playstation 5 from an apartment in Canandaigua has resulted in the arrest of a 35-year-old Spencerport man.
Gary Zittel allegedly stole the gaming device on July 6th. Zittel was in the custody of the Ontario County Jail at the time the warrant was executed.
Zittel was released back into the custody of the jail to await arraignment at a later date.
