A Shortsville woman was arrested over the weekend on a violation of probation warrant issued out of Potter Town Court.
39-year-old Ashley Newton was initially taken into custody by the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office and was turned over to Yates County authorities.
Newton was brought to the Yates County Jail to await CAP arraignment.
