A trespass complaint at Oakwood Estates in the village of Dundee early Sunday morning resulted in the arrest of a Dundee woman.
During the course of the investigation, Stephanie Corbitt was determined to have driven to Oakwood while allegedly intoxicated. Corbitt was placed through a series of standardized field sobriety tests and was subsequently arrested and brought to the Yates County Jail for a chemical test.
In addition to DWI, the 27-year-old was charged with Aggravated DWI. Corbitt will answer the charges in Starkey Town Court at a later date.
