The investigation into a domestic incident in the village of Newark on Saturday resulted in the arrest of a 35-year-old Newark man.
Bradley Burdick is accused of getting into a physical altercation with another person in the residence where he then harassed and menaced them.
Burdick was charged with harassment and menacing and was released on an appearance ticket.
