An inmate at the Ontario County Jail has been arrested on a criminal contempt charge.
35-year-old James Grover, of Manchester, is accused of making multiple phone calls and sending multiple email messages from jail to the victim, who was listed as the protected party on an order of protection.
Grover was released back into the custody of the jail following his arraignment.
