A Himrod man was arrested by Penn Yan Police following a traffic stop on Liberty Street early Wednesday morning.
Patrick Howell was spotted driving a motor vehicle on Liberty Street in the village while allegedly having a suspended New York State driver’s license.
Howell was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation and was released to appear in Penn Yan Village Court at a later date.
