A Rochester man is awaiting arraignment in Ontario County CAP Court following her arrest on Wednesday.
Sheriff’s Deputies responded to the East Ridge Diner in Rochester and executed a bench warrant out of Victor Town Court for Felix Rodriguez’s arrest.
The warrant was for a charge of aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
