A one-car accident in Wayne County Thursday morning resulted in the arrest of a Newark man.
48-year-old Ronald Mack is accused of failing to stop at a stop sign at the intersection of North Creek and Hydesville roads in Palmyra. Mack collided with the guardrail and then proceeded to leave the scene of the accident. He was located down the road and placed under arrest for driving while intoxicated.
Mack was brought to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office where he refused to submit to a chemical test of his breath to determine his blood alcohol content
