A Seneca Falls resident was arrested by the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office following the investigation into a domestic incident.
Corrie Smith is accused of entering the victim’s home without permission. Once inside, the 39-year-old allegedly attempted to entry into a locked bedroom by striking the doorknob with a clothes iron before leaving. Smith was charged with criminal trespass and was brought to the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await arraignment.
An order of protection was requested on behalf of the victim.
