A stop at the Wendy’s drive thru in the city of Canandaigua Tuesday night led to the arrest of an Oswego man.
The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office responded to the fast food joint after it received a complaint of a sick or intoxicated driver. An investigation revealed 43-year-old Jose Coronado was allegedly driving in an intoxicated condition and was arrested on a charge of DWI. Coronado was taken to the Ontario County Jail where he refused to take a chemical breath test.
Coronado was issued an appearance ticket for Canandaigua City Court
