On Wednesday, September 27th,2023 at 08:30 pm, the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Kelly A. Scherer, age 45-years-old, of Waterloo for an Arrest Warrant. The warrant stems from a previous report of Scherer stealing merchandise from a local store without rendering payment in April of 2022. Scherer was located by the Ontario County Sherffi’s Department and turned over to the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department. Scherer was charged with Petit Larceny and Conspiracy in the sixth degree. Scherer was processed and transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await the Centralized Arraignment Process.
