A Sodus man was arrested by the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office following a warrant investigation.
59-year-old Randy Timmerman was wanted for failure to pay support. Timmerman allegedly missed several payments as well as missed court appearance.
Timmerman was arraigned at Family Court and was held on bail until his next scheduled court appearance
