A Farmington man has been arrested on grand larceny charges after he allegedly received SNAP benefits from Ontario County despite working.
Kamara Mpaka, Senior, received $13,768 in Department of Social Services assistance that he would have not qualified for if he claimed his employment on his application.
Mpaka was ordered to appear in Hopewell Town Court at a later date.
