A Wayne County man is facing a felony charge after allegedly buying child porn.
According to State Police, an investigation by the FBI found 36-year-old Daniel Young of Ontario purchased child sexual abuse material through peer-to-peer transactions. A routine search by state parole officers and police found him to be in possession of the material.
Young was charged with Possession of a Sexual Performance by a Child and issued an appearance ticket for Ontario Town Court.
