Police arrested a Wayne County man last night for allegedly pulling his pants down and exposing himself while standing in the middle of State Route 104 in Williamson.
32-year-old Teevon Galvin, of Williamson, is charged with disorderly conduct for the incident that happened in the area of Pound Road.
Galvin was released on an appearance ticket for Williamson Town Court.
