The investigation into a family trouble that occurred at a home in the village of Naples resulted in the arrest of a 37-year-old Naples man.
Brandon Johncox is accused of causing physical injury to the victim by intentionally pulling the leg of the victim while on a staircase, resulting in the victim falling down the stairs. A further investigation revealed that the victim was a protected party of a Stay Away Order of Protection with Johncox being the restricted party.
Johncox was charged with criminal contempt and assault and was brought to the Ontario County Jail for arraignment.
