A Corning man was arrested Thursday on a warrant issued out of Penn Yan village court.
Back on August 19th, Dylan Smith allegedly drove a car that did not belong to him and he did not have permission to drive.
The 25-year-old Smith was charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and was brought to the Yates County Jail to await arraignment.
