A Geneva woman was arrested Thursday by the Ontario County Sheriff’s office following an investigation by the county’s Department of Social Services.
Precious Arzuaga is accused of filing a false assistance application at the Geneva DSS office on August 9th.
Arzuaga was charged with offering a false instrument for filing and was released on an appearance ticket for Geneva City Court.
