A Clifton Springs woman was taken to Strong Memorial Hospital after being involved in a motor vehicle accident with a dump truck in the town of Phelps.
Linda Harris was stopped on Griffith Road, at the intersection of State Route 488, when she allegedly pulled into the path of a northbound dump truck operated by Cody Drum of Camillus. Harris suffered a laceration to her hand and was taken to Rochester by Phelps EMS.
Harris was cited for failing to yield the right of way at a stop sign.
Phelps Volunteer Fire Department also responded with the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office at the scene.
