A Yates County Grand Jury has indicted a Dundee man on multiple felony sexual abuse charges.
The arrest of Shane Gage on Tuesday stemmed from a complaint Yates County Child Protective Services made to State Police about the 39-year-old’s alleged interaction with a minor at homes in Yates and Steuben counties.
Gage was charged with three counts of first-degree sexual abuse of a physically helpless individual and a single count of first-degree sexual abuse where the victim is under the age of 13.
Gage was brought to Yates County Jail to await his arraignment.
