A Rochester man was arrested following a one-car accident on Central Avenue near West Lake Road in the town of Jerusalem Sunday morning.
Cullen Pease was placed through a series of standardized field sobriety tests and subsequently arrested for DWI. Pease refused to submit to chemical tests to identify his blood alcohol level and was brought to the Yates County Jail to await the next session of Yates County CAP Court.
