A Pennsylvania man was arrested by Seneca Falls Police following an accident on State Route 89 Thursday night.
Andrew Pohonche was driving north when his car went off the road and crashed into a ditch. A roadside investigation by police determine Pohonche was driving while intoxicated and he was subsequently charged.
Pohonche was brought to the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await arraignment.
