A Waterloo man who is a Level Three sex offender has been arrested on child sexual abuse charges.
David White is accused of subjecting a child under the age of 13 to sexual contact during an incident that happened at his Powderly Road home earlier this month. At the time of the alleged incident, police say there were other children under the age of 17 in White’s home who had been left in his care.
White was charged with sexual abuse, forcible touching and endangering the welfare of a child.
The 58-year-old White was convicted in 2020 of sexually abusing a 10-year-old girl and was sentenced to two months in jail and six years of probation.
