A Rochester man was arrested Saturday on a warrant issued out of Sodus Town Court.
27-year-old Riley Rust was arrested in the city of Rochester for criminal possession of a controlled substance and possession of a hypodermic needle.
Rust was taken to Wayne County Jail to await arraignment.
