An investigation by the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office into a family trouble that happened in the town of Arcadia back in June has resulted in the arrest of a Newark woman.
Jessica Bouwens is accused of pushing and striking a juvenile while at a home on Ford Road.
Bouwens was charged with harassment and endangering the welfare of a child and was brought to the Wayne County Jail to await arraignment.
