A Palmyra man has been arrested following the investigation into a domestic incident that occurred in the town of Palmyra on Wednesday.
30-year-old Casey Magee is alleged to have struck his girlfriend and pushed her to the ground. Magee is also accused of coming out of his house with a loaded weapon as police arrived on scene. Magee was taken into custody and charged with criminal possession of a weapon with intent to use and harassment.
Magee was taken to the Wayne County Jail to await CAP arraignment.
Deputies were assisted with the investigation by the Palmyra Police Department.
