A Clifton Springs man faces drunken driving charges following a traffic stop on State Route 96 in Manchester.
The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office charged Albert Richards with failure to keep right, DWI and DWI Per-Se .08% or greater Blood Alcohol Content.
Richards will appear in Manchester Town Court at a later date.
