A Rochester man was arrested by the Seneca Falls Police Department on a warrant issued out of Seneca Falls Town Court.
Misaiah Hymes is accused of failing to appear for his court date for a previous petit larceny charge. The 33-year-old was located and taken into custody by the city of Geneva Police Department.
Hymes was then turned over to the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department, where he was then transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await CAP arraignment.
