A Canandaigua man has been arrested on a petit larceny and burglary charge.
According to the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office, 33-year-old Charles Osterhout was arrested Thursday for stealing $154.94 worth of merchandise from the local Lowes. He also had charges pending against him from another burglary incident at Walmart the preceding Monday.
Osterhout was taken to the Ontario County Jail. He is set to return to Hopewell Town Court at a later date to answer the charges against him.
