A Seneca Falls man was arrested following the investigation into an incident that occurred on August 23rd.
Kody Russell is accused of taking items that belonged to the victim and threatening that person with repercussions if they went to the police. Russell was charged with petit larceny and coercion.
Russell was sent to the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await arraignment.
An order of protection was requested on behalf of the victim.
