A 22 year old Rochester man was arrested early Tuesday morning following a traffic stop in Wayne County.
Daniel Kusi is accused of being physical with deputies as he was intentionally obstructing their investigation.
Kusi was charged with obstruction of governmental administration and was released on an appearance ticket for Huron Town Court.
