A traffic stop in the village of Penn Yan resulted in the arrest of a 52-year-old Penn Yan.
Village Police say they spotted Larry Enos driving on Liberty Street while having a revoked New York State license.
Enos was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and was released on an appearance ticket for Penn Yan Village Court.
