A Wayne County man was arrested Wednesday night on a charge of criminal contempt.
50-year-old Scot Dwyer, of Rose, is accused of being at a home in the village of Clyde where there was a Stay Away Order of Protection in place. The Sheriff’s Department says Dwyer allegedly showed up at the home for an extended period of time.
Dwyer was being held in police custody until arraignment in CAP Court.
