A 15-year-old boy from Arcadia is accused of attempting to burn his father with a handheld torch lighter during a domestic incident Tuesday night.
The unidentified juvenile is accused of also breaking multiple windows and the front door of a Town of Arcadia home, as well as damaging another door inside the residence. The 15-year-old was charged with criminal possession of a weapon, menacing and criminal mischief.
The juvenile was taken to his grandmother’s residence and released into her custody. He will appear in front of Wayne County Probation at a later date.
