The investigation into an August 15th accident in Seneca County has resulted in the arrest of two Waterloo residents.
Kevin Ardnt was driving north on Serven Road when he apparently lost control of his car and struck a telephone pole. Ardnt, and his passenger, Jessica Law, both fled the accident scene on foot.
Law, who was injured in the accident, was charged Monday with making a false written statement after she told investigators she was driving the car. Ardnt was charged with fleeing the scene of a personal injury accident along with several other traffic violations.
Ardnt and Law were both released on an appearance ticket for Waterloo Town Court.
