The investigation into two separate disturbances by the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office resulted in the arrest of a 34-year-old Wolcott man.
Steven Austin is accused of intentionally injuring two people during physical confrontations.
Austin was charged with assault Monday night and was sent to Wayne County Jail to await CAP arraignment.
