A Seneca Falls man is accused of spitting on two police officers as they attempted to place him into custody after responding to a complaint at an apartment complex.
Seneca Falls Police say Benyamina Fox was being taken into custody for an unrelated incident and as he was being placed into the patrol car, he physically prevented officers from during their job and spit on two of them. He was charged with two counts of harassment and a single count of obstructing governmental administration.
Fox was released on appearance tickets for Seneca Falls Town Court.
