A Clinton County, New York man has been charged with felony criminal contempt by the Cayuga County Sheriff’s Office.
47-year-old Kelly Ryan, of Churubusco, is accused of being in the presence of the protected party of an active order of protection.
Ryan was processed at the Cayuga County Sheriff’s Office and was sent to Cayuga County Jail following arraignment.
