Canandaigua Police arrested a 25-year-old Manchester man on a warrant for petit larceny.
Peter Fleming was accused of stealing merchandise from an Eastern Boulevard business back on June 26th.
Fleming was arrested and transported to the Ontario County Jail to await arraignment.
