Attention building owners in Schuyler County. Over $100,000 is available in a matching grant program provided by the Schuyler County Legislature through the Downtown Improvement Fund.
In order for a property to be eligible, it must be a commercial or mixed-use property within one-half mile of the boundaries of the Village of Burdett, Montour Falls, Odessa, or Watkins Glen. It also must be an existing commercial or mixed-use building and the property must be covered by liability and hazard insurance. To read more about eligibility requirements, click here.
