A one-car accident at the intersection of State Routes 96 and 488 in the town of Phelps resulted in the felony arrest of a 29-year-old Clifton Springs man.
During their investigation, Ontario County Sheriff’s Deputies determined Aiden Bushnell was driving while intoxicated. He was charged with DWI, and aggravated DWI with a Blood Alcohol Content above .18%, both felonies. Bushnell was also ticketed for failure to use a designated lane.
Bushnell was released on appearance tickets for Phelps Town Court.
