Arson and burglary are among the charges a Burdett man is facing.
The Schuyler County Sheriff’s Office reports that 45-year-old Zane Seubert has been indicted by a grand jury for Arson, Burglary, Criminal Mischief, and Petit Larceny. He is accused of burglarizing a storage facility in the village and committing arson and burglary at the nearby Hector Union Cemetery.
The Sheriff’s Office thanks the Burdett Fire Department, Schuyler County Fire Coordinators, and New York State Fire Investigators for their assistance.
