The investigation into a family trouble that occurred in the town of Lyons Monday night resulted in the arrest of a 48-year-old Lyons man.
Joseph Conaway is accused of grabbing the victim by her sweatshirt and dragging her through the house. He also allegedly took her phone so she would be unable to contact 9-1-1.
Conway was charged with harassment and criminal mischief and was ordered to appear in Lyons Town Court at a later date.
