An Ontario County man has been arrested after allegedly pointing a gun at a teenager.
The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of 43-year-old Jmie Gilmore for Criminal Possession of a Weapon and Menacing after an investigation into an incident occurring on July 28. During an argument in his household, Gilmore allegedly pointed the 9mm handgun at the 17-year-old. A search of the home later turned up the gun.
Gilmore was taken to Wayne County Jail to await arraignment.
