The investigation into an accident in Wayne County resulted in the arrest of a 30-year-old Sodus man.
Timothy Norton was involved in a motorcycle accident on Lake Road in Williamson. Deputies put Norton through standardized field sobriety testing at the scene and subsequently placed him under arrest for driving while intoxicated. He was also charged with operating a motor vehicle with above a 0.8% blood alcohol content after submitting to a chemical test.
Norton was brought to the Wayne County Jail to await arraignment.
