A Seneca Falls man was arrested on harassment and endangering the welfare of a child charges for an incident that occurred on July 31st.
William Scutt is accused of pushing the victim into her four-year-old child during a domestic incident and striking the victim with a shoe. Scott was brought to the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await arraignment.
Police say the victims were not injured during the alleged altercation and an order of protection was requested on their behalf.
