A Penn Yan man was ticketed by police following a collision in the village.

19-year-old Dameyon Miller was allegedly involved in an accident with another vehicle in a business parking lot while having a suspended New York State registration.

Miller was released on an appearance ticket for Penn Yan Village Court.
