An assault at the FasTrac McDonald’s in Ovid resulted in the arrest of a Seneca County man.
Mark Belliveau was arrested after 9-1-1 received a call about a possible assault in progress on July 31st at the State Route 96 restaurant. An investigation determined Belliveau allegedly got into a physical altercation with another person. After being charged with harassment, Belliveau, who lives in Ovid, was turned over to the Seneca County Correctional Facility until further arraignment.
An order of protection was requested on behalf of the victim.
