A traffic stop Saturday afternoon in the village of Penn Yan resulted in the arrest of a 23-year-old Rushville man.
Michael Dunton was observed to be driving a car on Brown Street while allegedly having an expired New York State inspection sticker and a suspended New York State license.
Dunton was cited for aggravated unlicensed operation and uninspected motor vehicle and was released on appearance tickets for Penn Yan Village Court.
